WHY TECHNIQUE?
When correctly stacked handstands are light, almost effortless. They can be very gentle on the body and many people do them until late in life. By balancing the use of opposing muscles, relieving tensions and getting the neuromuscular patterns to fire in the correct order it is possible to get the body to do incredible things while maintaining joint integrity and structural health.
